The Producers is a fabulously funny but irreverent story about a previously successful Broadway Musical Promoter (Max Bialystock) who teams up with his Accountant (Leo Bloom) to make a fortune out of the worst musical they can find (Spring Time for Hitler) written by a crazy German living in New York called Franz Liebkind. The two scamsters are distracted by a gorgeous Swedish blonde called Ulla . They find the worst producer they can find in the shape of a cross dressing Roger De Bris, and his assistant Carmen Ghia
