Weekend of 27th and 28th November 2009

Carol and Bernard Rhodes are once again offering us hospitality for our annual winter break at their beautiful hotel on the Menai Straights at Beaumaris. The food and service are superb, and the staff are very welcoming.

Beaumaris is blessed with some lovely gift shops and restaurants. It’s in easy reach of Bangor and Llandudno for Xmas shopping and Snowdonia’s on the doorstep. It’s the perfect pre Xmas chill out weekend!!!

Saturday night we have a festive dinner so pack your best party clothes. I’m delighted to announce that the entertainment will be provided by Helen England.

Carol has again reserved rooms for the Thursday night, so you can extend your break if you wish.

The deposit will be the price of one night’s B and B plus the £5.00 entertainment charge ie £35.00 per adult. Rooms will only be reserved on receipt of the deposit.

SPECIAL FOR THIS YEAR WE ARE RAFFLING A DOUBLE ROOM FOR THE SATURDAY NIGHT.(INCLUDES B & B, DINNER and entertainment). Full Details are in the September newsletter, tickets are £5.00 each and the draw will take place at Jodrell St on November the 4th.You can indicate you’d like a ticket on the booking form and add the price to the deposit. I will also be selling tickets (to members only) at rehearsals and during show week.

Children sharing a room with parents

1. No charge for accommodation
2. Meals charged as taken as follows:-

a) Children up to 15 years: Breakfast - 5.00
Saturday night dinner - 10.50

b) Children 15 years and over Breakfast - 10.00
Saturday night dinner - 21.50

NB Please mark the tick box on booking form (accessible in September 2009 Newsletter from Newsletter page) if you wish your child sharing your room to eat in the dining room on Saturday evening.

Children occupying their own room will be charged the full adult rate and treated as an adult regarding the Saturday dinner dance (i.e. no need to tick the box for a Saturday evening meal).

If you wish to extend your stay by arriving earlier than Friday, or staying over for the Sunday night, the cost will be the same as Friday for each night’s bed and breakfast. Please indicate on the booking form if you wish to do so.
