During the showing of Copacabana, we did a sponsored head shave in aid of charity. We chose East Cheshire Hospice as a local deserving cause. Peter Garsden, who played Sam Silver in the show had to shave his head for the part. What better way of benefiting a worthy cause at the same time, than to organise sponsorship. The whole cast raised money at the same time as preparing for the show and selling tickets. So well done to all for their efforts.

As at the after show party on the last Saturday (10th October) we had raised £469. Jane Campaigne, who played Gladys Murphy, is collecting the money, and hopes to reach £500 in total - Fantastic effort.
